What this website collects

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking, and loads nothing from other websites. It sets one strictly necessary cookie that protects the contact form against forged submissions; it holds no personal information. Our server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and the time of a request) for security.

Contact form and emails

If you write to us, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. The legal basis is your consent and steps towards a contract. Enquiries are stored on our own systems in Kenya and deleted after 2 years unless they become part of a client file. When you send the form, we also email your enquiry to our company inbox and send you a short automatic acknowledgement. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail), which may process it on servers outside Kenya under its own data-protection safeguards; we use it only to receive and answer your message.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use or withdraw consent. Write to us at the address above. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (www.odpc.go.ke).

Client and research data

Data we process for clients is governed by our contract and data processing agreement with each client, not by this statement.
