Do you work outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver remotely and in the field across Kenya; field costs are agreed in advance.
How do you price work?
Fixed prices per milestone for defined scopes, or agreed day rates for open-ended work. Every quotation states what is included.
How do you protect our data?
We sign a data processing agreement, keep identifiers encrypted, limit access to named staff, and return or delete data at the end — in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
Do you issue eTIMS tax invoices?
Yes. Every invoice is issued through KRA's eTIMS.
Can you respond to public tenders?
Yes. We bid through the national e-Government Procurement system, and as a youth-owned company we are eligible for the youth category of AGPO.
